I'm director / idea maker / screenwriter and editor based in Prague with over 20 years of experience in advertising. I direct commercials for high profile clients including car manufacturers, network carriers, chemist chains, etc. I love my job – it allows me to use my talent comprehensively: take a project from the initial idea, through its development, artistic and technical stages, and towards audio-visual production. I have received many awards for my work. I come from an artistic family. My grandfather was a sculptor, my parents are painters and my sister is a violinist in a philharmonic orchestra. I studied at the academy of performing arts in Prague and at Nottingham trent university in the uk, where I won a scolarship. Already during my studies I was fascinated by new technologies, and opportunities in the advertising industry. Shortly, I commenced a career for an advertising agency. I have held many senior positions since then including art director, senior copywriter and creative director for top advertising agencies. I have been freelancing as a director since 2012.
